Driver Requirements
Before booking please confirm you can provide the relevant information required for insurance purposes (As listed below). This can be confirmed in the request to book “message for Amie” along side any additional information you wish to provide.
*IMPORTANT*
We will require: (from all parties who wish to drive the vehicle)
-A clear Photo of your photo driving licence (address and ID must be up to date)
-online licence check (uk only obtained on government website instructions can be given) EU driving license must provide passport along side driving license.
-2 proof of address from separate source (list of acceptable documents will be provided below)
-security deposit (per hire not driver)
-signed rental agreement
Additionally this criteria must be met:
Must be between 25-75 years of age
2x3 point convictions accepted
1x6 point and above not accepted
No more than 1 fault or outstanding incident/claim in the last 3 years.
Proof of address
You must provide a total of 2 proofs of address from the following:
*primary proof of address:
Electricity
Water
Gas
Broadband/ landline
Council tax
Tv licence
Bank statement
Credit card bill/ statement
Mortgage statement
Polling card
HMRC self-assessment/ tax credit
*secondary proof of address
Student loan
Shotgun licence
Payslip
Mobile phone bill
Pension letter
Car finance statement
Loan statement
Property deed
We require ether 2x primary or 1x primary along side 1x secondary proofs of address. An annual council tax bill will be accepted. All other documents must be dated within 90 days of the hire date. Address and name on your driving licence must match both documents.
This information will have to be provided upon booking confirmation. Under the circumstances that documents are not completed after the booking is paid for and confirmed, the regular cancellation policy will apply.
